Conditions of Hire

Hire charges cover labour, installation, maintenance and necessary replacements during the exhibition period based on 7 days. At the discretion of the company, a charge of 50% may be made in respect of orders cancelled within 2 days prior to the exhibition opening.
The hired goods become the responsibility of the hirer on delivery until collection at close of the exhibition. In the event of any floral display being lost, the hirer shall pay to Peebles Exhibition Florists the full value of such articles plus the hire charge. All prices are exclusive of VAT
